We operate a high data flow technology dependant business,
and reliability is therefore our most pressing requirement.
Before Roman's arrival, we had previously utilized more
than one different IT support service, and in all cases
we lived with frequent downtime events and erratic system
performance. Unknowingly, we accepted poor performance as
a routine fact of life, given our system complexity. Yet
almost immediately after engaging Roman three years ago,
our downtime disappeared and absolute reliability became

We have a distributed set of networks in the US and Mexico.
We have been working with REMSIS since 2006 to enhance and
maintain those networks. They are very competent as a technician,
quick to find solutions to problems and willing to put in
exceptional efforts when necessary. For example Roman changed
out and upgraded one of our networks through the Christmas
holidays so as to allow us no interruption of service. REMSIS
considers the cost constraints of their customer and works
to find them the most cost effective reliable solutions.
